MY STORY:
I was your average college student, drinking too much, eating poorly, sleeping all day and not exactly exercising at night. I was on a path to being an obese blob, and as most college students…I was broke.
I couldn’t afford a gym membership or an expensive all-in-one home fitness machine, so I bought some dumbbells and made a bench out of some large bricks and a plank of wood.
For 3 months over summer with the help of the Dumbbell Routines and Exercises eBook I worked on every single muscle with just my two dumbbells and my makeshift weight bench. I’m now ripped and upgraded to an adjustable bench and 100lb dumbbells, and I’ll never go back.
